Women are an important but
down-trodden segment of our society. They are most ly considered fit for doing
household chores. Rural women have however always helped their men folk in
their economic activities.
The new economic realities have
forced women to come out of their homes. Join various professions and
supplement the income of their men folk . The spread of education have created
a new awareness among women . Women are joining professions in larger numbers..
At the same time women must realize
that they are mothers and it is they who lay the foundations of a nations
greatness by training their children in a proper manner. They must not,
therefore forget their homes which have the foremost claim on their time and
energy.
